Very pleased with the level of quality. premium cuts of wood, dry and well seasoned. they come a perfect length for my COS (cheap offset smoker) and all i had to do was split them down to size with an axe, which by the way was a pleasure in itself because the timber as staight as the barrel of a gun. Did a batch of beef short ribs last night, OMG such a difference to the chunks i normally get. You really get the tones through in the smoke, just sensational I ate more than i should have ofr sure just because it tasted soo good.
