• To make ordering simple we offer very competitive flat rate shipping to most areas of Australia:
    • $5.50 flat rate per order for our wood shavings and mini-splits chunks products
    • $11 flat rate per order for our 15kg boxes of split wood
  • We unfortunately do need to charge an additional fee for remote areas, as freight costs for our heavy 15kg boxes to these regions are substantial and we need to stay viable! The following postcodes will incur a $50 surcharge per order to help cover our additional costs, and you will see this applied to your order during the checkout process:

Delivery to Metro areas of Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane is normally within 5-10 working days from placement of order. For Western Australia, Tasmania, NT, Far North and other regional areas please allow up to 3 weeks or more depending exactly where you are located.

  • To keep our freight charges as low as possible our default freight option may not always be the fastest service available. Aromawood HQ is located in a rural area which unfortunately does not have daily pickups. If you need your items shipped urgently please contact us and we will do what we can to meet your deadline, and advise if any additional freight costs are required for an express service.
  • We use a number of different freight partners in order to keep our shipping rates low. Not all of our freight partners provide detailed tracking updates to your email or mobile. If you require detailed tracking please contact us.
  • You will receive an ‘Order Complete’ email update from our system as your items leave our warehouse.
  • We will ship to any address within mainland Australia and Tasmania (noting the surcharge for remote areas). We have shipped our quality BBQ Wood to customers from the tip of Cape York, to Tasmania, The Pilbara, and many places in between!
  • All our orders are shipped with “Authority to Leave” so if you are not home the courier can leave your wood in a safe place and you will avoid any re-delivery fees or depot pick-ups. Please contact us at the time of ordering if you do not want your delivery left unattended.
